Katya's place is well located in North Hero, especially for me in the middle of a long bicycle ride. There are great views of Lake Champlain. Katya and Chuck were very welcoming. Chuck even went to the market to get some special supplies for breakfast. I had everything I needed for a restful stay.

It was great here as the hosts made us feel as if we were at a good friends house. Breakfast was egg and cheese sandwiches in English muffins cooked by yours truly. We ate them on the front porch which is directly across the street. Amazing view and so relaxing. Also to note... They have two really friendly cats to hang out with. The little gas station store next door had some pretty cool stuff for sandwiches and other picnic items. Made for a great day in north hero! Katya had quite a talent in graphic design. Check her out: (URL HIDDEN) Thanks for everything!!!

We came for this first time last year and we loved our stay and the proof is that we came back this year ! Katya and Chuck are really nice people and make you feel like home. Our 2 yr old son loved the cats, the little bed and the many toys in the room. Thanks Katya and Chuck !

Katya and Chuck were excellent hosts and made our first AirBnB experience one to remember. They are also positioned at a great location on beautiful North Hero. Exactly what I was expecting from their pictures and profile.

Katya and Chuck have a stunning private access to the lake, just across from their front porch. When you arrive, sit on a lawn chair on the beach and admire the lake. Worth the price of admission. It's not the quietest spot, but it's gorgeous nonetheless. I'd stay again. Thanks Katya, thanks Chuck. :)

We came up for a bridal shower and didn't have a chance to explore the island, which is quite bucolic and beautiful. Katya and Chuck were gracious hosts, and we enjoyed our conversations with them. They have a wonderful front porch overlooking the lake for sipping wine and eating Ben & Jerry's. This was our first Airbnb experience and we truly enjoyed it. Katya provided us with fresh coffee and offered breakfast -- something we weren't expecting and was a nice touch. We found the description to be accurate. Although the bathroom is shared, this was never a problem. The stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow and could potentially be difficult for some people.

I am a freelance graphic designer and artist, my husband Chuck is specializing in insurance and retail. We love nature, art, food and music and we have 2 cats. We have lived in this house for 10 years and this is our 2nd summer hosting AirB&B guests. I first tried AirB&B while traveling to California. I loved the idea and now our spare bedroom has 2 beds and waiting for visitors. Cheers!
