OUTSIDE AREA ::
Private back patio with glass wind guard for sunny and warm cook-outs. You can enjoy the warm sunshine during the day sunset, or watching sunset and the fog roll in over twin peaks, just far enough away to see but not feel :) We are a couple blocks from 101, so you can hear the the whitenoise from that. The glass walls on the porch specifically helps though, so you can still enjoy hanging out on the patio. All the windows to the inside are soundproof.
Full living room, big screen TV with cable/AmazonTV, dining table & 4 chairs, 2 beds (Queen, Full), desk in 1 bedroom room for working from home days, linens, dishes and utensils, etc. And let me know of I missed something you need ☺
Street parking - easy to find. Guests always found spots either right outside the house or a couple doors down
Washer/dryer in garage (shared with owner in in-law)
Private entrance through the main front door. The entire main house and back patio on the top level is all yours. Note - the spiral staircase going down from the back patio is to the owners unit and the back deck, which is not open to guests.
We share the washer/dryer in the garage.
Interaction with guests
I live downstairs in the in-law unit, which is a completely separate entrance and unit. You probably won't even see me (unless you want to) as I work during the day and usually spend weekends traveling to local spots. But I'm happy to be available if you need anything or have any questions during your visit. I'm always available via cell to ensure my guests have what they need.
Other things to note
Street cleaning on Mon/Wed from 12pm-2pm, don't forget to move your car!
And parking on the street during day hours (9am-5pm) is 2 hour parking. Parking on weekends and evenings is fine. The parking meter folks don't patrol our street very often, but if you take your chances - it a $75 ticket. There is a street you can park on that is not 2 hour parking that is 1 block away.
