This spacious 3 bedroom apt is located in the ground and first floor of a family house, has a big shaded terrace with outdoor furniture and the balcony with amazing sea view. It´s only couple of steps from the sea.
The apartment is situated in a small idyllic village Brijesta on the north side of the peninsula of Pelješac. It is ideal for family holidays where you can enjoy the untouched nature and beautiful clear water. The house is located in the center next to the beach, ideal for families with small children.
You can also enjoy the variety of domestic Dalmatian specialties such as olive oil, wine and a variety of dishes which are stored in the owner's family cellar. An excellent destination for taking short trips in the surrounding towns such as Stone and Janjina, and the islands of Mljet and Korčula, which are in the summer days filled with many cultural and entertainment events. Dubrovnik can be reached in 1 hour and 20 minutes drive.
The ground-floor of the apartment offers one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, living room with a sofa that can accommodate two extra persons, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In front there is a big terrace shaded by wine grapes that has an outdoor dining area and furniture. The first floor of the apartment offers two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower. One of the rooms has a balcony with a sea view.
Both terrace and balcony are perfect for relaxation after a whole day of exploring natural beauties.
Guests have there own private entrance.
Free parking is provided.
Pets are welcomed without any surcharge.

Booking less than 3 nights are 30% more expensive.
Guests are responsible for their belongings left in the accommodation. Owners will not held responsibility for the subsequent loss.
When going out, be sure to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, stove, etc.).
Guests are responsible for their behavior during their stay. In the case of an accident they shall bear the consequences themselves. Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbance of other guests is prohibited and it is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment from the premises. In the event of disappearance or damage to accommodation, the guest is obliged to notify the owner. If this occurred due to the guests’ fault, full reimbursement will be requested.
If the owners have any reason to believe that house rules are violated; the guests have to let them enter in the accommodation in order to check the situation.
It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances or products with strong or unpleasant smell. In the event of disregard of house rules, the owner has the right to refuse further service.
