A great spot for those travelling to Vancouver for business and pleasure. We offer free secure underground parking, fast wifi and easy access to everything the city has to offer. With the city’s famous seawall and False Creek just out the door, hop on a bike to explore the shops and sites along the shoreline. Or grab a bus outside the door for a fast ride to downtown, Stanley Park, Yaletown, UBC, VGH, and more.

THE LIVING ROOM
- views of False Creek, Granville Island, downtown Vancouver and the North Shore Mountains. We love curling up on the couch or sitting on the balcony with a coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the ever changing scenery.
- comfortable 3 seater couch, leather chairs, a cozy arm chair, desk and wall mounted TV set the stage for amazing conversations or an evening catching up on your favourite Netflix series.
- needing to work while here? The wifi is high speed and very dependable.
- set in its own little nook is stylish extra large twin daybed with trundle bed underneath. This is a personal fave corner to curl up with a good book while listening to music on the tucked away stereo.
- an eclectic mix of Knick-knacks and a stash of toys and games to entertain younger visitors.

THE DINING SPACE
- a part of the open living area, the glass dining table seats 4-6 people

THE KITCHEN
- stainless steel appliances including a small dishwasher
- all the dishes, cutlery and cookware you might need to cook up all the fresh food you purchased at the world famous Granville Island Market earlier in the day.
- basic condiments, coffee, tea etc are supplied. If it’s here, please help yourself.

THE BEDROOM
- two beds - 1 very comfortable, medium/soft firmness, double bed. Plus an extra long twin bed. When staying here as our extended family my daughter and I share the bedroom and my mom snuggles into the daybed in the living room area.
- Walk-in closet with space for your clothes and extra towels & bedding.
- a smaller tv for those nights you want to watch a movie from bed.

THE BATHROOM
- fresh and always sparkling clean!
- large walk in shower with removable shower head. Great water pressure!
- ample counter space and large mirror

THE BUILDING (and general information)
- located on the 5th floor, our condo sits above the buildings around it. This allows it to have such a great view!
- the condo building is a part of a larger, waterfront complex with a private road/walkway, and frontage on the Vancouver Seawall.
- we’re located about 100 steps to the entrance to Granville Island
- the building has 1 elevator, secured underground parking and a public pay parking lot.

Granville Island is a “Must see” on every vistor’s List...and you are right at the entrance! Walk to trendy shopping, restaurants, Kits Beach and outdoor pool. Rent bikes kitty corner from our building and do the sea wall bike path around the city. This is a vibrant fun neighbourhood for all with stunning views and easy access to food, theatre, boating, etc.

Hi all! I used to own/run Best Holiday Stays vacation rentals, which featured a few properties listed here. Our business grew out of our love of traveling and for helping people have amazing holiday experiences. My mom, Lani, grew up in a hotel family in Gaspe, Quebec, and I grew up in and around tourism (including living in my parents Bed & Breakfast and working in 5 star hotels). We like to say that tourism is in our blood. And with my daughter tagging along and helping with the business we're just passing that tradition on to the next generation. When we travel we love to stay in everything from a bell tent (just did it and it was amazing) to really classy hotels. However my favourite spots are always places that allow us to settle in and feel like we're in a temporary home. I also typically travel with my child and my dogs. Which means places that are pet and kid friendly are top of mind when I'm looking for a great place to stay. From a host viewpoint we occasionally list our own property in Vancouver for longer stays. This is our personal condo that we love to share with travelers when we're out of town. My motto for life? Write your own music and dance to your own tune.

During your stay

We like to leave guests up to their own devices while they are using the property. However we are only a call away, and one of our family members are able to be onsite should anything need attention. The condo building also has a resident manager onsite.

We will arrange with guests regarding key pick up and drop off based on each individual stay.

We ask that guests arrive no later than 9 PM so that we can easily arrange their access to our condo.
