Very roomy space for 3 couples- 2 couples with 6'2" spouses slept on the queen beds and the 5'5" couple slept on the full which worked out well. Very grateful for the 3 separate bathrooms as well! Lots of towels, linens, and blankets which was so helpful. We walked to Old Town which is really nice because parking is difficult there. We had a great trip!

Grace was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay and was available when I had a question or needed something. Whilst Albuquerque is not a great town for walking, Grace's place is close and walkable to the old town with some decent bars and restaurants within walking distance. The house was spacious and perfect for our stay with three double bedrooms, two bathroom and a toilet all spread out so that our baby did not disturb out parents in the room at the other end. The flat was clean and comfortable and incredibly well equipped although kitchen could do with some updating. Great being able to park in the attached garage and walk straight into the flat. Lovely neighbours. Heating was fine during the winter but it was a little hard to cool down the place on the warmer days - though I think there is a cooling system, just couldn't work it out. Overall an easy stay and for six weeks, just the base we needed in Albuquerque. Thanks Grace.

Grace (and her mom, Susan): Grace was simply one of the best hosts we've experienced with Airbnb. She responded very quickly to emails and texts, and was open to requests and suggestions. Unfortunately, our communication was all electronic (she's a busy person), but we did get to meet Susan at her store. The physical place: The place was just as you see in the pictures, except that the new fridge is stainless steel instead of white and the living room couch is now taupe-ish and has four pillows instead of two. ^_^ There's lots of natural light. The two suites are at opposite ends of the town home, so there's plenty of privacy. Be aware, though, that the two bedrooms in the back suite are connected by a door, as you can see in the pictures -- and for one of the bedrooms, in order to get to the suite's bathroom, you'll need to pass through the other bedroom. Cleanliness: Everything was very, very clean. There's a little bit of wear and tear, as expected in such a popular place, but not anywhere close to being of concern. Amenities: The place is stocked with pretty much anything you could possibly want, especially in the kitchen. I strongly suggest that as soon as possible after you arrive, you open every closet and drawer to get a sense of what's where. Guest Guide Book: Nicely done. Read it. Noise: The town home is in a small development and is set back from the main road. Although you're near Rio Grande Blvd and Interstate 40, significant traffic noise was minimal; even sirens and the occasional extra-loud exhaust system weren't bothersome. The streets in the development are narrow, so vehicles can pass very close by, although again that wasn't an issue for us. However, there was a dog across the street, at the back of the house, who seemingly didn't miss an opportunity to bark at people or other dogs walking by. As could be expected, he was the most vocal between about 8-10 a.m. and 5-7 p.m. Fortunately, he was quiet at night. Value: Given the amenities, spaciousness, and location (and Grace herself), even for two couples (or two non-coupled people), Grace's place is an excellent value.

Grace's place was exactly as pictured offering us all the comforts of home. Located in what seemed to be a safe and quiet neighborhood. Grace herself was easy to reach and accommodating to our late check in. We were hosted by Grace over a long labor day weekend while in town visiting for a friend's wedding. In the ideal location for those wanting to explore Albuquerque by bus or visit old town both of which are a short walk away. Although we didn't have a vehicle the location is right off the major highway making it convenient in that respect as well. Our only complaints were: -being greeted by a cockroach which would later make another appearance. The apartment appeared to be very clean and Grace's guest book did warn Albuquerque can be "bugsy" but it was still a surprise to us. -The fridge and cooling system seemed to be on the way out which was a bummer discovering after buying groceries in hot Albuquerque weather. -The clothes dryer also seems to be a little Temperamental. All in all though I would recommend staying with Grace.
