Tarn Landing is a large One bedroom plus loft condo with a top floor location and 2 stories for extra separation of living and sleeping areas. Plus 3 Full Bathrooms! Light, bright and sunny this end unit condo has bay windows which allows for an abundance of natural air, sunlight, and views. Enjoy beautiful direct views of Buffalo Mountain. Easy 2 block walk to Starbucks, Natural Grocers organic market, and restaurants. Whole Foods 1/2 mile from the condo. Easy Access to I-70, Copper Mountain And Breckenridge.
The main level of this condo features a large open living area with vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, DVD player and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully furnished with all appliances, cookware and kitchen utensils. The adjacent dining area has a table seating 4 people, plus bar stools at the counter provides seating for an additional 4 people.
The master bedroom is on the main level and has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and spacious closet. The private master bathroom has double sinks, bathtub and shower. The main level also has another full bathroom with tub, shower and washer / dryer.
Upstairs is the second bedroom which is open to the main level and is a large space with 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, flat screen TV, and additional seating. There is another full bathroom upstairs with a shower.
Tarn Landing has a great central location walking distance to Lake Dillon, Frisco Main street and Frisco Bay Marina. The year round Summit Lake and Town paved Recreation Trail is adjacent to the unit, and the free Summit Stage Free Bus to anywhere in the County is one block away. The unit is conveniently located just 1 block from Natural Grocers a full service organic grocery store, Starbucks, and Which Wich sandwich shop. There is a private deck off the main level with seating to enjoy the views with your morning coffee.
The complex has a large common hot tub just a short walk from the unit. Free wifi, cable TV included. Sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably.
