Oves was very quick to respond to inquiries and was punctual meeting us for check-in. We arrived late at night and he was very nice about meeting us there then. The apartment was clean and the building was very nice. There was also plenty of parking. The photos are good representations of what the apartment looks like. There are two double beds and then Oves can set up two roll away beds if you need more.

Great quality flat in a fascinating converted cloth mill. Three of us spent a week there and had all the facilities and comforts we needed. Lidl's across the street was very handy for our morning bread and pastries. Hardly saw any of the other tenants although there were plenty of cars in the car park - no noise from any of the neighbours

Great "home base" from which to explore York, Manchester, Liverpool, and the Lake District (provided you have a car). A LiDL grocery/sundry store is right across the street with a good selection of food and drink, and we also found a few essential electronic accessories at the Alam shop close by - both within a 5-minute walk. Although we saw people coming in and out of the main entrance (in the back), we didn't see anyone else on our floor or in nearby apartments, which, like the others, was enormous. This could be a pro or a con, depending on your preferences. The flat was very quiet, save for some street noise coming from the open windows. The flat offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
