Want an apartment close to central Vienna in a unique setting? Then stay in one of Austria's foremost co-housing projects right in the middle of Vienna. Stunning atmosphere, absolutely perfect for families with children.

The space

"Wohnprojekt Wien" is a unique co-housing project in the center of Vienna. Get to know one of Austria's most famous co-housing projects from the inside by staying in our flat, on the 5th floor. While living in the house, you will get a feeling for the unique atmosphere in the building - don't be surprised if neighbors stop by to say hi, or challenge you to a game of foosball in the hallway!
Our flat on the 5th floor consists of a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen and 3 bedrooms: two for children, and one with a huge king size bed. In addition, we have 2 balconies where you can enjoy the evening sun with a glass of red wine.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole flat and some of the common areas in the house. As a house guest, you can browse the library on the roof, use the rooftop barbeque and roof terrace, or enjoy an evening on the roof garden. You can also spend afternoons in the cafe downstairs, taking in the unique atmosphere of the park right in front of the building.

Interaction with guests

Since we will be on vacation during the first 2 weeks of August 2015, we will not be in the house. Our neighbors will hand you the keys and will be happy to help you out, should you need anything.

Other things to note

This is a flat in a co-housing project - please don't expect complete anonymity. People will talk to you in the halls. If you want to be left alone, this is probably not the right place for you. But if you're open to meeting other people and willing to get to know our neighbors, you're in for a unique vacation experience!

Wheelchair accessible

House Rules

You will be staying in our own flat - please treat everything with respect and leave things the way you found them.
Since we have children, this is a non-smoking flat. If you would like to smoke, you can do so on the balcony, but you need to clean away your cigarette butts.
