Older style beachouse with 3 large 1 sml b'room in preferred Halls Head area. Opp kids park, 600m to family beach, DOME rest/cafe, lagoon, boat ramp. Secure pet friendly yard, 28m verge parking, front/rear patios, BBQ. 15min walk 2 town/pubs etc

The space

Family friendly older style beach house with 3 large & 1 small bedroom (off main) in desirable beach side Halls Head area. Cottage style, jarrah timber floored with reverse cycle air conditioning in living area opposite hallway to bedrooms. With one bathroom & upstairs / downstairs toilets best suited to max 6 adults 2 children with 2 x double beds, 4 single beds plus fold down click/clack divan in lounge. Full kitchen facilities, dining room and lounge, outdoor BBQ and front/rear patio seating, downstairs laundry with bar fridge. Your family pets are welcome in a large and secure shaded backyard with an option for any pets to sleep in enclosed downstairs laundry with access to the rear yard. For guest hygiene reasons pets are not permitted in the house.

Guest access

A safe and secure neighborhood street with verge parking for your boat or caravan and good street lighting for security. A single but sloping driveway for additional vehicles.

Interaction with guests

Apart from putting the hoses on my lawns & garden during long stays and on bin day, limited if any interaction with host at all! You have the house to yourself unless you choose to share with another family. Ideal for 2 families! Easy sleeps 6 adults / teenage children and 2 kids beds comfortably plus a foldout. Note: 1 bathroom 2 toilets (1 up & 1 down).

Other things to note

Cleaning materials are provided to maintain the house in a clean hygienic condition during your stay, however an 'end of stay' cleaning fee of $25 is inclusive for the entire house and period and assumes guests will strip all used bedding from beds and leave the house and contents in a swept, clean and tidy condition. Additional charges may apply should utensils, crockery, cutlery and cooking facilities be left used and not cleaned, or any safety items be unnecessarily used or removed from the house.

Pets are welcome however but must remain outside at ll times. Pets can sleep in the downstairs laundry out of inclement weather. A rug and water bowl are provided for use at owners discretion. House blankets, towels and sheets are NOT to be used for pets. Kids are safe from rear stairs if rear door / screen door locked. Having friends over for a BBQ is fine but recommend children NOT be allowed to climb trees, hide behind water storage tank or be allowed near water bore on southern side of house.

Great location neat and tidy home with lots of room. My children loved it. Also is pet friendly so we could bring our dog. This was my first Airbnb and after my experience I will be sure to continue using the system.

Greg was very friendly. The place is old as described. Living room was a bit dusty with spider webs everywhere. One of the windows were stuck open.

Thanks for the feedback Ethan. With the winter weather the old timber windows swell and need maintenance over summer. I have bought some auto aerosol sprays now to keep the spiders at bay. With the wife sick my tidy up was not as good as hers! Thanks again. Appreciate the honest feedback. Greg

Thank you Ang. Yes normally I advise people especially when iIwas there to greet you too. Very sorry. My own car unfortunately cannot go down the driveway as it is a low sports car! As you say SUV is OK, other cars best to park on front lawn. Thank you.

Nice house in a great location, close to beaches and town centre but very quiet. An old beachhouse so without the mod cons but plenty of character and a lot of space for a group. Opposite there is a nice playground too. Hosts was great to deal with.

Great house , close to everything that Mandurah has to offer . Perfect for a large family with plenty of room. Greg communicated well and there were no problems with check in and check out, they provided staples (bread, milk etc) on arrival which was a nice touch .
