Interaction with guests

We live in the house and run the small farm. Ron is home to run the farm and greet guests.
Light breakfast provided (ie. - toast, banana bread, Amish Friendship bread, cereal, yogurt, seasonal fresh fruit).

Other things to note

We have a Labra doodle named Lane that lives in the house with us. He is a shy dog that takes time to warm up to our guests.

We also have an outdoor kennel dog, Rusty, that is the protector for the chickens and ducks.

We do have roosters on the farm that crow with sun up.

Ron and Sarah are the salt of the earth and very kind. The house reminds me of my grandparents farm house complete with a small working farm. It's a rustic and charming location and the hosts are accommodating and good people.

It's a beautiful house on a farm, right near I-71. Loved the original 1904 decor & the Fair Trade Coffee. Ron & Sarah were easy to deal with & I would definitely stay there again.

It was a pleasure staying at Ron and Sarah's place. They were very attentive hosts and have very flexible check-in and out for me. Plus they raise chickens, so I made it out of there w/ 6 dozen farm-fresh eggs to take home!

This was my second stay with Ron and Sarah. Both times I traveled down for the Black Fork Gravel Grinder near Mohican. I didn't get to visit with Sarah this trip but as always, Ron was a super host. Their old historical farmhouse is beautiful! I stayed in the music room and the bed was really comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Ron and Sarah were so gracious and friendly . My bed was very comfortable, and i woke up to the most beautiful sunrise outside of my window, the roosters crowing, in a perfect country setting. Their country home is beautifully furnished and i was treated to a farm fresh egg breakfast from their own chickens. Such a treat. I loved talking to them about their experiences and having breakfast with them including Sarahs mothers homemade jam. I would highly recommend this lovely quiet restful home for any traveller. i would love to return when in the area. thank you both

Sarah and Ron were very accommodating and friendly hosts. They waited up for my late arrival and helped me with directions. I enjoyed our conversation. I loved their old farm house, its in great shape and they have furnished it with authentic antiques. The bedroom I used had three windows facing the sunrise with a very comfortable bed, I slept very well.
