NOTE on IRONMAN: Complex is right on Ironman Route! Walk out your door to Alii Drive and you're there!!! You're only a half block from Ironman Village and a 7-minute walk to the Start/Finish Line!!! 10-night minimum.

This great corner studio and the one next door include a dining area on the lanai, work space inside, full shower and a kitchenette.

The kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks and light meals. It's equipped with a medium-sized fridge and separate freezer, sink and counter tops. It includes a microwave, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster, blender and dishware. There isn't an actual stove in the unit, but there are state-of-the-art grills just steps away at the pool! And dozens of world-class restaurants just right out your door!

Walk across the street to the sunbathing beach and look for turtles, watch dolphins and surfers and catch amazing sunsets!

It's a quick walk to everything! The pier, a swim beach, historic sites, shops, restaurants, art galleries, music and fairs!

And it's a quick drive to a boogie board beach and a snorkeling beach! Or head a few miles in either direction to some of Hawaii's premiere beaches and to sunning, snorkeling, and surfing paradise!

Sign up for dinner or sunset boat tours and excursions to swim with playful dolphins and majestic manta rays!

Take a day trip east to Hilo to see Akaka Falls; north to the snow of Mauna Kea; or, south to Volcano National Park to see the latest artwork of Mt. Kileau!

And return to your cozy, private and quiet condo in a true old Hawaiian complex with meandering paths among banana and coconut trees, where you can hear the singing cocqui frogs from your lanai and the pounding ocean through your front door each night!

NOTE ON IRONMAN BOOKINGS: 10-day minimum reservation required

There is free on-site parking, but it typically fills around 4 p.m. The front desk can guide you to free parking on the Kuakini side late at night. Nearby on-street parking on Alii Drive is frequently available for free.

If you chose not to rent a car, an airport shuttle to the condo is available for about $30 or a taxi ride for slightly higher. There is a $2 in-town shuttle that will run you just about anywhere you'd need, including beaches and shopping centers.

This is a no-pet and no-smoking complex. You may, however, smoke in a designated area on the property or across the street.

Your unit will be spotless when you arrive and your linens and towels fresh and clean. There is not daily maid service provided, but if you would like to request a mid-stay cleaning or additional towels or sheets, arrangements can be made at an additional fee. There is also a coin-operated laundry on site.

Try to arrive before 11 p.m. when the lobby desk closes. If you are unable to do so, please notify me so we can make arrangements for the key.

If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to contact me. You will receive directions from the airport, check-in instructions and house rules from me via the Airbnb site when you make your reservation.

The majority of the units in this complex are privately owned and operated. Owners take great pride in their condos so that visitors — whether they be friends, family or paying guests — can all experience the same quality stay.

I hope that you will make yourself at home and enjoy all this unique condo and Island have to offer!
