In Istria, on the eastern coast of the Krnica Bay, in accordance with the models of Istrian autochthonous architecture and only twenty meters from the sea, there is this unique stone cottage for leisure and pleasure.

The space

Mala Villa is an oasis for relaxation, blended with the Istrian nature and decorated with attention to every detail..

Guest access

The main building, which is situated on a large terrace, has a spacious living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen.
For warmer days, on the north side of the terrace and next to the stone cottage, there is a summer kitchen in a detached building with large open fireplace.

Interaction with guests

The owners live in Zagreb.

Other things to note

The owners of Mala Villa will gladly offer their own selection of wine, as well as extra virgin olive oil from nearby olive groves.
