I live in Epsom with my son Richard. I like to ensure all my guests enjoy their stay in my properties. The properties are in different locations are all unique and are used by working professionals and holiday makers alike. They have some things in common. They are all kept to an impeccable standard, are bright and spacious, in great locations and well equipped. The apartment in Wandsworth/Battersea is booked during the Wimbledon championships by professional tennis players, the summer mostly by families from the middle East and at other times often professionals on contracts in the City. The apartment in Windsor is constantly booked. Mostly by people flying in to Heathrow. Windsor is such a fantastic town with so many attractions and events. The sunny ground floor apartment is in a great location. The house in Wimbledon is let out to high ranking tennis players during the Championships. It is a really lovely state of the art contemporary home. At other times, the rooms are let out to mainly guests starting jobs in the UK who end up staying with me long term. The house at Bracknell is normally let out by the room to professionals working in the area or to guests visiting the nearby Ascot racecourse. The delightful riverside penthouse at Chertsey is normally let out to guests working at Shepperton Studios many of whom extend their stay. I occasionally rent out some of the rooms in my five bedroom house close to Epsom Downs mainly to professionals working in the area. It's a true pleasure meeting all the fabulous people from all over the world that I get to meet through Airbnb.
