The 'casita' in the backyard is also available to sleep 1-2 guests.
The large living room with ROKU equipped flatscreen TV and backyard with spacious deck & BBQ make entertaining at home a breeze.
There are two off street parking spaces plus decent street parking if the group has multiple vehicles.

We've got a great backyard where we do the bulk of our entertaining. If the weather is nice, feel free to enjoy this great space with a BBQ and a glass of wine.
TENANT’S RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Keep property in a clean and sanitary condition; 2. properly dispose of all rubbish, garbage and waste in a clean and sanitary manner in provided refuse containers; 3. Properly use and operate the electrical, gas, heating, plumbing, and electronic systems, and other fixtures, appliances, and furnishings; 4. Not intentionally or negligently destroy, deface, impair or remove any part of the Premises, its appurtenances, facilities, furniture, furnishings, appliances or fixtures; 5. Nor permit a nuisance or common waste.
PURPOSE: The Premises shall not be used for any purpose other than a family vacation residence for no more than eight overnight guests and two cars parked on the property.
LIABILITY: The rented property is a private residence and Tenant agrees to indemnify the Owners for any damage or loss to the property or its contents during his/ her stay. Owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of Tenant’s property or property of the Tenant’s guests, or for bodily injuries or death of Tenant or Tenant’s guest. Owners are not liable for failure of any equipment, systems, or appliances, as major home repair problems cannot be foreseen.
PETS: No Pets are allowed in the Premises. Tenant’s breach of this provision shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of Tenant’s tenancy and forfeit the damage deposit.
OTHER: No smoking allowed inside the Premises. Tenant’s breach of this provision shall be considered material, and shall result in a $250 cleaning fee. The charge for returned checks is $35. In case of lock-out, local phone contacts are provided. Renter agrees to pay $25 upon delivery of new keys. Tenant must provide a copy of valid identification. No glass at the outside patio areas.
NOISE: PLEASE NOTE!!! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. The home is in a quiet residential area which strictly observes noise ordinances. Any excess noise or outside music will result in police visits and fines which are the renter’s responsibility. Failure to comply to the noise ordinances may also result in forfeiting your damage deposit.
