Tucked away in a typical Copenhagen courtyard just north of the popular Torvehallerne and a short walk from Nørreport station, Jannik's place is an ideal home base from which to explore the rest of the city. It's within walking distance to the old city, and by bike or bus it's easy to get to any other neighborhood like Vesterbro, Nørrebro, etc. A short walk-up off the courtyard, the apartment has two private bedrooms, a living room/dining room with a comfortable couch, armchair, and room for all of us around the dining table where we could chat and have kiks and tea before bed. As is typical of Copenhagen bathrooms, the bath is a combined toilet/shower–even with your best squeegeeing, take care not to step back in with your socks on. The door to the toilet is a bit thin, so put on some music or make sure you're comfortable with your fellow guest. Everybody poops! The beds are cozy: comfortable, but don't expect luxury. You're getting a good deal for the killer location. You can certainly sleep four adults, though each pair should be ok with close physical contact. The large couch and comfy armchair in the living room are really great for chatting away at the end of the day before bed, and though we didn't cook, the dining table had plenty of seating for everybody. There's too much good food nearby at the Torvehallerne or from the incredible sandwich shop Smagsløget, or the croissants at the bakery inside Copenhagen's main library on Krystalgade...you get the idea. I personally recommend a cup of tea with a box of 10 kroner kiks from Rema 1000 (there's one by the Forum metro stop). Jannik was really helpful with flexible check-in and check-out times that helped match up with our flights, and he gave us great recommendations. You're a mere 20 minutes away from Kastrup on the M1 metro, but don't make my mistake when you arrive: in Copenhagen any address with a letter is a separate entrance from the address without (i.e. 99 and 99A are two separate doors).
Jannik was very nice with us he answer all our messages really quick. The apartment was perfect clean, the beds were really confortable, we have fun playing darts. And the neighborhood really nice 10 minutes walking to the center, bars and pubs. You have the botanic gardens like 5 minutes walking. Really really good experience.
