The communication with hosts was perfect and quick. We had choosen the house because of wonderful view which was realy great. We came there in low season and nobody were there in neigbourhood and also beach was almost empty so we had absolutely privacy. The house was spacious, comfortable and clean only smell of old furniture was there but it helped to let windows opened. The first evening a cat came to get something to eat and we fed it. In the morning there were about 6 beggars cats which was funny for kids but a litle bit irritating for us. (Probably is better during summer when they have no problem to get something to eat). We enjoyed our 2nights stay here

The best thing about the apartement by far was the spectacular view over the Costa Paradiso bay.The evenings on the wonderful terrace with the red sun sinking into the ocean wont soon be forgotten.Apart from that the apartement was exactly as it looks on the (website hidden) was enough spacious to house five people comfortably. The rooms are a little dark and I have slept on cosier beds. But all in all we had a very pleasant stay! One time the electricity gave out but it was all taken care of promptly and helpfully. If you want to use WIFI make sure you book it (website hidden) is not possible upon arrival, which was kind of inconvenient. The staff, however , who handed us the keys and took care of the electricity were extremly nice.

the house was beautiful and in a great location. as described. the hosts were very very friendly and helpful. unfortunately, bedding costed extra, the house was not very clean, the electrical plugs didnt work, there was no warm water for a shower. i tried desparately to find out how to get the hot water on without luck. first, had to locate and turn on the water heater, then there is a switch to get the power on. after all that, still no hot water. almost all electrical didnt work. the tv didnt work. all the stiff was unplugged and laying on the ground. its not my job to check in and start doing maintainence which is exactly what i did. mosquito heaven. would be nice to have screens, but i think that piece of genius isnt embraced in italy.

The house is situated at Costa Paradiso, which is a holiday resort in the North of Sardinia. The house is located at a hill, and the view from the terrace is indeed stunning! We found all facilities and equipment in the house that we needed, also the kitchen is very well-appointed. Costa Paradiso is a very calm place, and supermarkets, a bar and restaurants are close.

We had a lovely holiday in Svetlana's house in Sardinia. The house was just like it said and showed on the pictures, decorated nicely with lovely blue tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. Clean and simple and a fantastic view over the sea from the dining table and the terrace. The sun was on the terrace from about 4pm onwards, and it was a beautiful place to sit and watch the sun go down. The bed was comfortable and cleanly made up. I slept really well there with the windows open and listening to the sound of the waves. Although there was nothing in the house when we arrived (no teabags, bottled water or such things, just one toilet roll and some fairy liquid), the shop was only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away and had everything you would want. The restaurant next to it did lovely coffees and croissants too. The nearest beach was stunning. Honestly the best beach I have ever seen. It is a few minutes drive down to the sea and then a 10 minute walk down an amazing path to this paradise beach. We went on some really great exciting walks from there too and saw wild boars and tortoises. There is nothing much else nearby, just 2 very average restaurants but if you are prepared to drive a bit further to Santa Theresa for example (half an hour away), you will find some great restaurants. We wanted to go on a boat tour and found a lovely sailing boat going from Palau. Apparently they go from Santa Theresa too,. I really recommend a day like that, it was fantastic. (Note to Svetlana - it would be really handy to have some leaflets in the house with information about the area). I would definately recommend this house, it is very comfortable and spacious and would fit 7 people easily. Sardinia is beautiful and unspoiled. I love the people there, so relaxed and easy going and friendly.

I live in Sardinia since some years but originally I come from Russia. I like traveling that is why i have chosen a job which allows me to meet people from different countries and make them stay in wonderful holiday houses in Sardinia.
