Our charming 2 bedroom house fronts directly onto the Moselle (Mosel) River; boasting stunning views of steep vineyards, Zell and the medieval tower. It comfortably fits four and is located on a quiet street, just a short walk from the old town.
A beautifully located house by the bank of the river. Set in a quiet location with glorious views to the vineyards, the river and the historical old town of Zell which is only 800 m away over the pedestrian bridge. The whole house was renovated in 2013 with a lot of care to detail.
Entering Annemarie, you will meet the charm of the old vintner house, the 0,6 m thick walls, the old in wall cupboards, original hall light and doors with iron door locks complemented by the modern, large kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker; adjoining is the separate dining room with a large table, oak wardrobe and a view to garden and trees.
Upstairs is the large charming, light filled living room with high ceiling, antique furniture, modern lounge and satellite TV. The view to the river made people comment: 'We feel like being on a ship'.
You can watch the barges move by.
There are two double bedrooms with queen and king size high quality new beds (box spring). One bedroom has a dressing room with couch. The view is into gardens steep vineyards and even some river view.
The large bathroom has a bath tub with shower over.
Outside is a cobbled courtyard garden for your use and a sheltered private loggia with outdoor setting. Here you can relax, dine or enjoy a glass of wine even if there should be some wind, rain or hot sunshine.
The house is on 2 levels. Further to the house you have the use of a small courtyard garden with a sheltered sitting area facing the River. Here you can also sit should the weather be not perfect.
