It's a triplex villa in Çeşme (Cheshme), Çiftlikköy which is an untouched town very close to Çeşme Marina about 15 minutes by car. Marina has lots of restaurants, cafes, nice places to hang out. Also Çeşme bazaar is in the same location with Marina.

The space

What we offer you is the attic room with a wide balcony. Balcony and the room has the view of Altınkum Sea and mountains. You will have a minibar in your room. We have 2 bathrooms, only one of them has shower. You can use kitchen if you like. The beach Pırlanta is less than 2 km's away. You can get there by bike or car. On food, it takes about half an hour. There are ship to Chios from Marina which is very cool. You can get there for one day.

We were met by Eylem in town and we followed her in our car to the house, otherwise I think it would have been very hard to find! The family was very friendly and welcoming. However I think the description of a penthouse is quite misleading. It is an attic room with a mattress on the floor. It has a very low door and I hit my head many times! There is a balcony attached, however there was no furniture out there so we couldn't sit and hang out anywhere. There was also no places to put things in the room, so all our stuff was just piled on the floor. We really enjoyed our stay in Cesme and had a car to get around, so it was fine, however, everyone should just know what to expect. The family is so nice though as we found throughout Turkey. There are also amazing viewpoints near the house, and we took a run to the beach which took about 15 minutes (hills though, eeek!). If you are ok with the room setup, this is a completely fine place to stay.

This Airbnb Place has been a terriffic choice. It is a small but very clean and cosy room in a house which is used by the family and their friends. The Akay family have a beautiful garden and also really nice neighbours. - They spent some days in the house for a vacation the same time we did and were the nicest and most generous hosts you could imagine. They invited us for delicious dinners and breakfasts and gave useful tips for places to go and see in the area. The house is not in the center of Cesme but surrounded by wild nature. We were lucky to have rented a car. Without a car this place is probably not the easiest place to stay. I can really just recommend to visit this beautiful place and the beautiful people who are hosting... Thanks for the wonderful time to Eylem, Hatice and Levent! 3

We had a nice stay. The house is a little bit outside of Cesme in a very calm peaceful area, Eylem and her family did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The house is very sweet, rustique in a charming way, with a lovely terrase and small terrasse on the third floor with great views. The house is about 30mins walk from the beach on quite a hilly and stoney path (+15 mins to cafes and supermarket), but it is ok to walk during daylight and in shoes better than flipflops. Hitchhiking is easy but I wouldnt do it again as a single girl. Staying here is ideal for a couple or friends, or for ppl with a car. Honestly, not so recommendable for a single female traveller. Eylem was lovely, helpful, and although she couldnt be there, her neighbour was very helpful and collected me and dropped me off at the minibus stop. When making plans, make sure you clear of the location, inland from the beach, then 15mins in minibus to cesme town. Very charming house!

We think it was an incredible experience staying at Eylem's place. It really is a place in nature, various spices even growing right on the way to the beach. You have to walk quiet a lot, but not too much, to get to the beach / to the minibuses that are driving you around in cesme (3,50 TL per ride from beach to Cesme). Eylem's family was incredibly nice :) it's great to experience turkish hospitality at their house. We can only recommend staying there!

Before arrival Eylem was really responsive to all my mails. When arrived i was hosted by charming Turkish family, they took care for me, made me breakfast and dinner :) If you like to experience Turkish hospitality, quiet and little remote place then this is your location.
