*The second bedroom has the double bed space on a higher level and is a normal separate room (with the double bed area situated on a higher level). It does not overlook the communal space.

Interaction with guests
Only at guest request. A care taker is provided by the host to look after the guests during their entire stay.
Other things to note
It may be that some guests will require to sign a contract at arrival. Please be advised that this is according to new regional regulations.
A few house rules:
Maximum 4 people to stay. We do not want bodies on sofas!
No smoking in the property. You may smoke on the window.
Pets are not allowed.
No loud noise after 23.00 - please respect our neighbors.
We prefer if you remove your shoes, especially stilettos heels MUST be removed to protect our oak flooring.
Please be responsible with the the correct use of the house lights, storage heaters and finally avoid to leave the TV on stand by mode (completely off).
Be remind: Due to hygienic reasons, "few breakfast goods in the fridge", as Airbnb suggests, will NOT be provided by the host.
