Fully furnished studio apartment near College of Idaho (4mins), West Valley Medical Center (1min) and the freeway (5mins). Easy walk- up access to the apartment. Drive right up and park! Enjoy your privacy yard, completely fenced in.

The space
You will have access to the entire apartment, front of home parking, full kitchen access, WiFi and a flat screen television with use of Apple TV. We also have a fully fenced back yard with artificial turf.

The bed is a Tempurpedic King size bed, additionally a pullout couch with a memory foam mattress.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you may need to cook and bake. Stocked with cooking supplies, microwave oven, full sized refrigerator, salt pepper, coffee, tea, wine and beer glasses.

There is tons of storage for all your clothing and other luggage.

Please note this 550sq ft apartment is a mother-in-law suite and is situated directly next to the car port of the main house. You may see/hear the residents of the main house coming and going. You do have private entrance/yard and all the amenities including dedicated uncovered parking for the property.

Hello! We love hosting our property as well as staying in AirBnb's as we travel for work and play. A little about us: I'm in sales and my husband coaches baseball for a nearby college. We both are active, outdoorsy people. I'm certified to teach yoga, and we love stand up paddle-boarding, hiking, camping & of course baseball in our spare time.

My husband and I have 2 young boys. We live in Caldwell full time. Anytime I'm not occupying the space I open it up to Air BnB guests! If I don't have the opportunity to meet you in person we do have helpers in the area for any needs that may arise. In addition I am available by phone or text with any questions that may come up!
