The top floor is a freshly renovated family home finished in hardwood, tile and subdued modern colours. A home with open spaces and full size rooms.
Casa d'Santo's Italian heritage is around every corner. Craftsman quality cabinets, solid, lustrous hardwood floor in the living room, and tile floors and finish in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Concrete patios with just enough grass to be called lawns front and back . As well, our fruit trees, popular all over the neighbourhood are flush with pears and plums from mid September into late October.
Laundry is downstairs and shared with basement suite. Both levels are private and the top floor door locks if you wish.
A young couple of working professionals occupy the lower floor. The are quite, courteous, and more than happy to assist with any questions or small requests.

McCauley is one of Edmonton's oldest and most diverse neighbourhoods.
Some of the cities most cherished eateries are a short walk from the house.
Chinatown and Little Italy are the prominent flavours, but the Caribbean and Africa also have a strong presence within the same few city blocks.
I like a good time and enjoy helping visitors have a memorable stay. We have a wide range of tolerances provided our guests remember respect and curiosity are the qualities most valued in our home. Act as you would like a guest to behave in your own home.

We have a home in the heart of Edmonton's Little Italy that is perfect to host people interested in getting the most from Edmonton's downtown, the river valley, or the city's vibrant arts scene. It is a great spot to walk from, and is on a major transit route. As well, the house is 3 blocks from Edmonton's Commonwealth Stadium for anyone attending an event there.
During the summer months the one or two children still keeping mom & dad company at home are mostly gone so the space is available to groups and families as well as individuals.
Les works in the Energy sector and Beth is with the Canadian Government.
