A charming studio with rustic hardwood floors and windows overlooking McGolrick Park. It comfortably fits two located on a quiet street. Located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, minutes away from Williamsburg and Manhattan.

The space

It is a studio with it's own private entrance and bathroom. It features a plush full sized bed, two windows overlooking McGolrick Park, a desk, free wifi, and a two-person sofa.

Guest access

The kitchen is a shared space with our roommate who lives in the connecting studio. He is hardly ever around, so you will essentially have the kitchen to yourselves as well. There will be a couple empty drawers for you to store your items if you would like.

Interaction with guests

I will actually be out of town during this time, but if you have any questions about the area, the space, directions, or anything to make your stay here more enjoyable, you are more than welcome to reach out to me!

Bernice's studio is, as described, super cozy. It's a sweet, comfortable, clean apartment in a great, quiet neighborhood with large windows out onto a pretty park and an eclectic mix of restaurants and shops just blocks away. It is convenient to the hot spots of Williamsburg and Greenpoint- both short, safe walks- and to the subway. I'd definitely recommend this peaceful pad and would certainly stay there again.

The place is exactly as described. A nice studio with high ceilings in an older building in Greenpoint - a neighborhood with a very interesting mix of new, hip bars & restaurants and old Polish businesses. The area is safe, beautiful and quiet, and you get a nice view of a pa Here's what I liked the most about it: * private: you can close the sliding door to the kitchen and you have your own studio with a private bathroom * soft, comfy bed * quiet: no bars on the street, zero noises at night * walking distance to Manhattan Ave. * walking distance to Williamsburg * a nice Indonesian restaurant just around the corner * Torst! If you're into craft beer go for a quick walk and have a drink with the evil twin ;) Although I didn't have a chance to meet Bernice (she was traveling) - she replied instantly to my messages and even called to see if everything's well :) Very good value for the money!

I’m what I like to call a “global nomad,” I was born in the Philippines, have German nationality, and I've lived in 5 different countries. I love travelling, rock climbing, and surrounding myself with open minded people.

Anyone who has lived with me would be able to tell you that I am a clean and tidy person, and I am respectful of others' space and privacy.

A few quotes that resonate with me:

“The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention." - Oscar Wilde
