The host The welcome by Christophe as well as the communication before my arrival was quick and pleasant. Easy to interact with and he took enough time to show me his place. The apartment Is what you see in the pictures. It's well equipped, nice bathroom (just the water pressure in the shower I didn't get it right; not sure if it was because of me or because of the system), good mattress, etc. Everything you need, didn't miss a thing. Also the access to the apartment is good/safe, with a code on the front door during the nighttime. The location The location of the apartment is great. In between the central station and the European parliament, which was great for me. Also some nice restaurants, coffee-places and shops around. Coffee, food and chocolates all close by;-) And also very close to the metro. The area looks very safe, it felt very safe and I didn't see any strange things around. Will I visit again? I very well might do so. The price, compared to some other places might be a bit high, but facility wise, location wise and host wise certainly will consider a next visit when I'm in Brussels again.

Christophe had arranged for a friend to check us in who was very helpful. Christophe made sure we were well settled in even suggested a few places for us to eat that would suit our dietary restrictions. It was a great apartment close to central station and also to the market square. We actually liked that it was walkable to all locations and not right in the center. The apartment had all amenities needed for us. If I had to pick on something it would only be that the shower hot water pressure was low other than that it was a great stay. Thank you Christophe. Hopefully we can meet next time.

The location of the appartment is perfect for exploring the city, in the quiet, upscale Rue de Namur, between Place Royal and Porte de Namur, with lots of luxury shops and nice restaurants, definitely away from the more touristy and noisy areas, perfect for attending meetings at the Square. The appartment is very nice, decorated in a retro 50s style, with lots of objets d´art, nice kitchen, high end bathroom, very fast WiFi, a wonderful bed with Tampura mattress; the appt is quiet, very clean, efficient, in a safe neighbourhood. The only minor drawback is the quite low hot water pressure, but that is just one of those things you have to live with when going to Brussels, and definitely not Christophe´s fault. He is a very nice and efficient host, gave me a quick and complete intro to the appartment and even walked with me close to the nearest grocery store. A great find and I will definitely book it again next time I find myself going to Brussels.

Christophe has been an amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is ideally located, in the center of the city but still in a very quiet street; it's very clean and fully equipped.
