The space

A bygone era comes alive in the form of historic architecture, leaded glass windows and brass beds in this easy to get to and centrally located Boulder County home in a historic area in Longmont. Take a drive of less than an hour and you can enjoy your choice of the grandeur of Rocky Mountain National Park, the university cities of Boulder (CU) , Ft Collins (CSU) or the exciting diversity of Colorado's capital city, Denver. The entire area is bustling with areas of main street music performances, antique hunting and over a dozen breweries, The owners Sue Ann and Bob have been residents of the area for sixty years and are eager to share with you their passion for this incredibly interesting and beautiful area. Come and see for yourself!

My husband and I are available to greet you and answer any of your questions. We live close by in Boulder and can be there in minutes if needed.

Other things to note

The house is a wonderful 1920's Craftsman home with two large bedrooms plus a smaller back bedroom, The front room and dinning area is separated by the original craftsman cabinetry. The bath has the original clawfoot tub and shower. The kitchen is large with an island suitable for gatherings. Did I mention that the huge dining room table can easily seat 4 to 12 and is great for family gatherings or business conference's? A BBQ and an outside patio with a private yard can also be made available. Children under 2 years of age are free.

Adorable home ~ very comfy! Only complaint (which is by no means the owners fault!) is the train that goes through the town throughout the evening ~ very surprising and loud with the horn! Not recommended for light sleepers or babies!

Sue Ann's place was perfect for our family! We had plenty of space and it's in a great location, convenient to highways and downtown Longmont. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious front porch in the morning and evenings. The home has a comfortable feel and is in a nice neighborhood. We definitely plan to return for future stays!

Sue Ann's house was just perfect for our family of four. We have a lot of family in the Longmont area and hosted them in Sue Ann's lovely home, which was equipped with everything we needed to entertain. We also took day trips to Estes, Rocky Mountain National Park, Loveland, Boulder, and Niwot, all close by. We hope to do this again in the future!

This house is a wonderful throwback to an earlier time. The decor is in keeping with the period while also offering great amenities. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, good lighting in the bathroom and kitchen and the super front porch!

A lovely and very comfortable space in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Longmont. There were plenty of towels, pillows of varying firmness, supplies, and adequate kitchen cooking utensils. Very nice to have a few staples on hand in the kitchen. Tenants in basement level apartment were quiet, easy neighbors. A train runs fairly close by at night. After the first night, I didn't notice the train horn. The claw foot tub is a bit challenging to get into & out of, and care is needed to get the shower curtain liner properly closed all the way around to prevent drips outside of the tub. I was very happy with our stay here.
