The space

A lovely furnished one bedroom apartment FOR RENT . Located in the popular ski resort town of Luchon - Superbagnères , considered very much a year round town, the apartment with impressive and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, at an altitude of 630 meters and only 10 km away from the Portillon Pass with easy access to Spain, is ideally located with a short walk to the cable-car for Superbagneres , and easy access to the other ski station for Peyragudes.

Our bright, cozy and well appointed apartment is located in the beautiful and historic spa town of Bagnères-de-Luchon. There are many pretty and historic villages plentiful to visit in the surrounding areas and the Tour de France regularly bikes through the area. The apartment is situated in a secure residence by the name of “Les Frenes”. “Les Frenes” comprises two small 3–storey buildings surrounded by lots of greenery. The apartment has its own balcony which is orientated South and from where extraordinary mountain views await you. Private parking. Ski locker. Cellar. Secure entrance. All you could want for a fabulous and enjoyable stay.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is easily accessed by a lift. The apartment has a spacious and bright living room with kitchen. All rooms have their own entrances. There is a bathroom with an independent WC. The bedroom faces East and you have the benefit of a beautiful sunrise and a magnificent mountain view. You can even hear the sounds of the riviere La Pique.

The dining area is south facing with a small functional equipped kitchen. There is an unobstructed view through the bay glass windows of the mountains and the Port du Venasque. Your relaxation needs are met as the Spa and city center are also located very close by.

The supermarket and the laundry are also conveniently located nearby . Internet and free Wi-Fi use can be easily accessed at the tourism office or the hotel which is just a stones throw away from the apartment.

Perfect house. very comfortable, 100 metres to the city centre. The house counts with all services, except laundry and internet. But there are some laundries in the city and internet at the tourism information office.

La cinquantaine passée, je pratique le yoga, je nage un peu, un peu de ski et surf (mer ), je m'intéresse aux thérapies naturelles, massages ( ex-masseur), de l'humanitaire au Cambodge et Madagascar, ex-marin sur pétrolier, je m'intéresse à l'actu, la nature, n'importe où est ma destination préférée.... Avec ma femme nous voyageons beaucoup ( je travaille dans une compagnie aérienne, ça aide...) , plutôt en sac à dos, pratiquons parfois l'échange de maison. Nous sommes Charlie.

Ce serait un plaisir de partager avec vous notre amour pour les Pyrénées et en particulier Bagnères-de-Luchon.
