Loved this place- very cozy! Teresa reached out to us the day before to let us know we could check in early. She gave us great personalized recommendations for activities to do with out 8 year old. We also loved the restaurant suggestions she gave. The roof top deck was huge!

This was a great place to stay for many reasons. Very comfortable. Very clean short walk to the subway, half a short block to a good grocery store. We walked to the Brooklyn Art Museum and the Botanical garden. A little off the taxi beaten path but using an app we got taxis in about five minutes each time we needed one. We were there on the Fourth of July, and could see fireworks from several displays from the roof top patio. This place was exactly what we were looking for.

Teresa's home was somehow even better than advertised. Wonderfully appointed, clean and with an amazing private deck for evening relaxing (and safe play area for kids). Grocery store across street and two Subway stations plus Prospect Park/shops and restaurants on 7th Ave are just a short (and kid-friendly) walk away. All at a cost much lower than any hotel with even comparable comfort. Highest possible recommendation.

A lovely flat in a fabulous area. Quiet, very safe feeling, close to good amenities including a subway stop, and made to feel like staying in a friend's place by Teresa. And there's the roof terrace too, which is great! Would definitely recommend this if you want to keep away from the mayhem of Manhatten.

This was a perfect base for exploring New York. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed as a family, including a great roof terrace for a BBQ, cooling the kids off with a water gun and watching the 4th of July fireworks. The Netflix was also much appreciated after exhausting days in Manhattan and early mornings recovering from jet lag. Great neighbourhood too - safe and attractive. Excellent food store on the corner, just a few minutes walk away. With the rubbish post Brexit Sterling exchange rate, the deli counter meals were a much appreciated alternative to eating out. Prospect Park was even closer than we thought and we loved the outdoor food festival on Sunday. Access to Manhattan was easy. The F train took us directly to plenty of stops including Central Park, Brooklyn Bridge and Rockefeller Centre. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Will recommend to anyone I know visiting New York.

Perfect stay. The house was very clean and cozy. It is located an easy 5 minute walk to the subway, and central Manhattan is about ½ hour away. Teresa was accommodating and allowed us to check in early. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time in New York, including our time spent at this property. The rooftop is a fantastic highlight, and we enjoyed using it on several evenings. The apartment was clean, inviting and comfortable. We would stay again, and have already recommended it to others. This is a great option for families and is a convenient distance from local shops and the subway. Thank you for making us feel welcome Teresa!

I'm a small business owner in Brooklyn, NY. I run a design firm with my husband and a small coworking space in our neighborhood. I love traveling with our two boys, ages 9 and 7. We take good care of the places we stay at, and have been loving our AirBnb experiences so far!
