This modern, spacious, open plan flat is located on the ground floor of an impressive B listed building in the south side of Glasgow. In a unique blend of old and new, the old Langside College building has been renovated in to luxury accommodation.
Our flat has 3 good size double bedrooms; a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another double and a twin. Other rooms include a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area and main bathroom.
The lounge area has a large sofa and 2 armchairs plus a 3D digital smart TV, a 3D DVD player and an Ipod docking stereo.
The flat is also equipped with wifi.
The dining area has a large dining table (and chairs) which can be extended to seat 12 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a washer/dryer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.
The property is gas central heated and has a secure entry system.
Communal courtyard with pond and dragons :) Guests will benefit from their own parking space and an iron, ironing board and hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.
Guests will have access to the entire flat, however a cupboard in the main hall is used for storage.

Guests will be welcomed personally and provided with keys for the flat. We will then leave you to enjoy your stay. Information for the local area can be found within the flat and should you need further advice, or in the case of an emergency, we are happy to help and live not far away.
Other things to note
Please check in after 3pm and check out at 10am. This can be negotiated depending on availability.
We expect our guests to enjoy themselves and hope they like the flat as much as we do. Simply treat it with the care and respect that you would your own home and we'll be happy. As there is communal a garden we would encourage people to smoke outside. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
