From this central location it is a 5 minute walk to the world famous Stampede Park, 2 block walk to the shops, groceries, cafes, pubs and restaurants of 4th Street. It is also a short walk to famous 17th Ave (the Red Mile) or a 15 minute walk to Downtown. Situated near the Elbow river and pathway system as well as Talisman Park.

This listing was in a fantastic location and had everything we needed. Even though we arrived on a holiday, Michael made sure that someone was there to greet us and make sure we got into the apartment, the parking area, and had everything we needed. We were close to great pubs, restaurants and cafes, and hardly used any gas in our rental car travelling to various sites around the city for four days. The listing is just like the photos on Airbnb, although it looks like there were some very minor repairs in progress (for example, it looked like a baseboard was being replaced) - nothing that affected our enjoyment of the apartment though! We had lots of room (2 couples) and enjoyed relaxing in the living room and making a few meals in the very well appointed kitchen, when we weren't eating out at the great restaurants in the area of course. Wurst was so fun, we met a group of friends there and had a blast, and were able to walk the block and a half back home! I would definitely recommend "The Fabulous Penthouse" to anyone staying in Calgary!

Dear Michael, Thanks again for allowing us (2 Dutch couples) to enjoy your fabulous apartment. More than enough space for the 4 of us and an ideal location if you would like to explore Calgary, even the city centre is in walking distance. What you read in the description is what you really get. The condo is easy to find, has a parking-space in the garage, offers a lot of privacy, great views and if you have any questions just ask Michael. The Penthouse condo contributed significantly to the success of our stay in Calgary.

There is water damage in the unit that will need to be attended to so mold cannot form and flooring needs to be replaced.
