In the moment of the check-in, you have to present the identity document of all the people that will be hosted for the registration to deliver to the competent authorities, after we will take you to the house chosen from you and we will give you the keys.
Every accomodation it is equipped with accessories for the kitchen; al beds are equipped whit bedspreads and pillow cover, the bed linen and bathroom is not provided, every integration for particular needs can be forwarded, we will do the possible to accommodate yours requests.
In the accomodation is not allowed the sojourn of more people than indicated on the residence contract.
In the night timetables(from 22:00 to 08:00) and afternoon (from 13:00 to 14;30), all the guests, inside and outside the apartment they are obliged to respect the tranquility of others.
At the end of the sojourn, the last day within and not over 10:00 o’clock you will have to leave the accommodation tidy, with crockery and cooker, clean the refrigerator, because It will be charged a penalty equal to 35 €.

The apartment is ideally located only a few meters away from the beach. Is is spacious and can easily accommodate a family of up to four people. Unfortunately it is on the first floor, just above a bar where people hang out from early in the morning until late at night. This made it extremely noisy, especially because there is no air conditioning, the windows are single glazing and we had to keep them open to allow some fresh air into the flat. Early morning garbage collection meant sleeping was very difficult both in the bedroom and in the living room for the entire stay. It is run by an agency and bed sheets and towels were not provided, but we were told only after booking and this made it very inconvenient for us as we were traveling by airplane and could not/did not want to carry all the weight with us. Luckily our relatives came to the rescue lending us linen and towels. Not ideal. Generally the apartment was clean. The bathroom had been remodelled recently, but extra duvets were stored in a storage room full of what looked like dog/cat hairs. Really unacceptable considering our son suffers from allergy to cats and dogs. We found it difficult to use the kitchen. A rusty window frame that we could not lock and old utensils put us off from using it altogether and we had to resort to eating out for our entire stay. again not ideal considering the expenses we incurred in doing so. In general a disappointing experience which we do not want to repeat and we do not recommend to anyone, especially considering the apartment is rented by an agency and we were dealing with a professional. Dear Federico, I'm so sorry this happened to you, a dearest client's son I've a great relationship with. I'm very sorry for the fact that you arrived two days later and had to leave one day earlier and you also found bad weather here at the Lido di Pomposa during your stay. I apologize for the fact that the air BnB rules are not so clear and you thought we supplied towels and bed linens. (I'll do my best to make this clear and solve the problem, thanks anyway for letting me notice it), but I was fine cause after talking to your father I thought everything was clear. As for the room cleaning, you confirmed us the apartment was clean, so it doesn't sound clear to me the fact that you found dog's hairs on the sofa, also because this year we did not host people with pets, I would have liked you called me immediately so that I could have solved the problem immediately, considered your son allergy too. I would have solved the tableware problem, none of the guests before and after you noticed anything wrong so I would have appreciated if you simply called me, instead of writing a bad review; I'm sure you understand talking to each other would have solved all issues and you would have been happy. I'm your father 's old friend, we've been knowing each other since years and I think that talking would have settled all issues in a friendly way. Sorry Roberto.

Grazie al lavoro svolto per diversi anni con la mia famiglia, ho avuto la grandissima opportunità di lavorare sempre a contatto col pubblico, col passare degli anni e grazie ai lavori sempre più a contatto col turismo è nata la voglia di aprire un'attività tutta mia, finalmente, nel 2005, grazie al consiglio di un amico ho rilevato una impresa turistica, l'agenzia Danilo al Lido di Pomposa.
