Welcome Home. You're now in an area filled with pristine white sandy beaches. Open the door, drop your bags, take a deep breath in, exhale and relax. You will find all that you need within reach. This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom updated condo (NEW: Kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, furnishings (couch, beds, dining table, etc...). The master bedroom was furnished with comfort in mind and offers a private bathroom with shower, ample closet space and a truly comfortable bed made of memory foam. The 2nd bedroom is located on the opposite side of the condo next to the newly renovated 2nd bathroom. The bedroom offers a twin loft over a queen bed and can sleep 3. If you have a little one with you, we also have a portable crib stored in the 2nd bedroom closet. This is a 1st floor private unit with dedicated parking and lush landscaping just beyond the screened lanai.
We put a lot of detail and effort into making our space comfortable. We have lived in the area for over 30 years and this is truly a unique area that offers the most beautiful beaches around.
Pool, laundry facilities, beach equipment, portable crib, booster seat (dining) are available to all guests. You will find any beach or special equipment in the front hall closet or 2nd bedroom closet.
Interaction with guests
We are easily accessible via phone, text or email. We respect our guests privacy, but please feel free to reach out with any questions about the property or the area. We are glad to offer suggestions on where to dine, drink or visit depending upon your style and needs. I have lived in the area for nearly 35 years and my husband for over 20.
Other things to note
This area isn't a big tourist trap, so you can unwind and relax without the major congestion of the more touristy areas located nearby. Clearwater Beach and John's Pass are in close proximity to the condo if you need your fill of must see tourist hot spots. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
Please respect the home and its contents. Please leave property in near same condition you found it, which includes, removing any trash you've accumulated, cleaning soiled dishes and tidying up toys left out, etc.
NO SMOKING inside the home and no pets allowed.
Parking is a designated spot (space # 43) in front of the building. If you have more than one vehicle, all extra vehicles can park in visitor parking in front of the club house or between condo buildings (they are not labeled).
While linens are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. House linens are not to be taken from the home, however we have provided beach towels for your use.
Home is located in a family neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. The home is for the enjoyment and use by the registered guests only. Events/Parties are not permitted.

Your security deposit will be returned once we know that no damage to the condo or issues occurred during your stay, including but not limited to any police issues / neighbor complaints, extra occupancy, smoking, or pets.
If you're going to have more than 4 people stay or plan to bring a pet, please let me know in advance and we can try to work something out, otherwise you will lose your security deposit. Seasonal rates may also apply.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Unfortunately, they are not on vacation with you. Ours is a pretty small community, with a great family atmosphere.
