We were welcomed at Le Coin Tranquille by John's wife Tina who was very friendly and did all she could to make our stay enjoyable. It was a real pleasure to stay there. We really appreciated the cosy room, beautiful and calm surroundings over the Dordogne. La Roque Gageac is a lovely place, a good spot for canoeing and central to visit all the nice villages around. We would definitely recommend Le Coin Tranquille! Tip: Great dinner at La Plume d'oie :-)

This is an absolutely amazing and charming place, and John and his wife are lovely people. La Roque-Gageac is a dreamed town, and Le Coin Tranquille is a place you can not miss if you want to walk among all narrow streets looking at the bright stars. The day we arrived John showed us our room and we loved it, it was a very nice size, beautiful antique-style furniture, and a brand new bathroom (very spacious, very nice! the photos of the website are good, but the place is much more than this!). We had planned to stay only one night there, but we had such a good impression of it when we arrived that decided to add a second night (very happy we did this!). We would definetely recommend Le Coin Tranquille! Excellent experience! :)

We had a very nice stay at Le Coin Tranquille and we have already planed to come back next year! Everything was just perfect! The room firstly, with a pretty english style decoration and nice view just a few meters from the room! La Roque Gageac is a beautiful village and the location of Le Coin Tranquille allow a pleasant walk down the village! The hosts Tina and John were very friendly, comunicative and did their best for us to have a nice stay in the house!
