The apartment is a loft apartment.
It offers a open living room of 80m2 : dining room with big table (up to 10 seats), open kitchen fully equipped (oven, micro-wave, dishwasher), bar with big stools, sitting room (2 large sofas facing each other, television, film projector with 2x3m screen, hifi system, old school pinball machine).
"Parental suite" open on the living room : double lig bed (180cm width), bathroom (sink, 1m diameter bathtub + rainfall shower + hand-spray shower), storage space, separated restrooms (with washing machine and dryer).
Kids bedroom fully equipped : bunk bed with a small bed underneath (for 6 year-olds max) and a 90cm long bed on top (only 130cm high), folding crib (if necessary), sink, large shower cabin, separated restrooms.

We are willing to interact with the guests as much as need/desired.

We'd rather rent at least a week, but are open to other offers.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are NOT welcome.
We expect the guests to be tidy and clean, and to respect the place inside the apartment, as well as in the residence. We also expect them to be courteous and respectful with the neighbors.
