Cozy little wooden house with two bedrooms: 1 for couple, 1 for single + sleeper-sofa. Really quiet and safe neighborhood. Free wi-fi, 42"TV with HD channels, sound system, lots of vinyl records, full kitchen, garage, bathroom with hot shower.
At sunset, the trees of the garden are a safe spot to flocks of wild parrots and toucans. At night the sky is so clear you can almost see the galaxy belt.
Free access to the house.
Interaction with guests
We'll interact only at the beginning and end of your period.
On the other hand there is a maid, responsible for cleaning the house and doing the laundry on mondays, wednesdays and fridays.
Other things to note
We have a golden retriever, called Cuca. We are considering taking her to a dog hotel. If you're interested in interacting with her, it would be nice. Otherwise, just let us know!
Cigarretes are aloud outside, pets are welcome (Cuca is very sociable). Parties are allow, but there is a rule on the neighborhood that they should end at 10pm (loudness after that period you might get a fine).
