Costa Diamante is suggested for families, adult getaways, and high-end celebrations. This property is NOT recommended for young spring break crowds, loud parties, smokers, or groups larger than 12 people.
The posted rates are for up to 10 people in the main house (3 bedrooms + bonus room). If interested the Casita additional bedroom, we can accommodate 12 people, and the additional fee per night will be added to your reservation ($100).
Guests have access to the entire house (and casita bedroom if rented for an extra fee). A large patio with HUGE outdoor table and wonderful "margarita deck" with spectacular views will not disappoint! There is no access to the garage or washer / dryer.
Interaction with guests
We have a lovely property managers who helps us with rentals. We do not use an impersonal agency that makes you search through town to find them to pick up a key. Our helper meets you right at the house, greets you, gets you settled. and gives you keys. She is also available "on-call" your entire visit if you have any problems. She can arrange for a handy man, deliver more drinking water, or just offer you great local advice. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Other things to note
Our rates include mandatory taxes. Be aware that other listing rates may not include taxes, which will be added later. Renter must be 25+.
This home is in a lovely, safe, neighborhood. The HOA is very strict - and we like it that way. If people are looking to break the rules, this is not the place to do it. Loud parties, unruly behavior, and large crowds will not be tolerated. The HOA subjects the owners to fines if renters break the rules. THESE FINES WILL BE PASSED ALONG TO RENTERS. So please plan to obey all HOA regulations, follow posted signs, and offer common courtesy to your neighbors and fellow beach-goers. You will be thankful for the tranquility and security.
This is an entirely NON-SMOKING property. No exceptions.
We adhere strictly to the 10 person limit for the main house (12 total if renting the Casita too for an additional $100 per night). HOA does not allow renters to host additional guests.
There is a maximum of (3) three cars allowed on the property.
We do not allow pets unless prior written approval has been granted. When we are certain a visit from a pet is appropriate and will not interfere with peaceful enjoyment or home cleanliness, a pet might be permitted with a $100 fee.
