The place reflects french tranquillity par excellence - couldn't imagine so far, indoor and outdoor. Lovely and charming surroundings: lakes for sport activities or rest. Brocantes marchés and beautiful little villages worth more than just a visit. Sue and Colby are very discrete and helpful people. We loved chatter with them on the terrace. For advanced users only...

Very accurate and comprehensive description on the airbnb listing regarding directions/setting. One of the most serene and tranquil locations, slightly off the beaten track...well worth the stay. A beautifully renovated farmhouse and delightfully/ tastefully decorated. Some great little touches including the reading light located in the bedside drawers. Lovely breakfast consisting of warm croissants, freshly baked banana cake and great coffee. Warm and friendly hosts. Sue proved to be very helpful and informative with great recommendations for local dining. We spent a week travelling the Dordogne/Perigord/Gascon region. It is unfortunate that our fixed itinerary prevented us from staying more than one night as we could quite happily have stayed the entire week!

Sue was a great host. She helped us find her house upon our evening arrival. The room is lovely, the bed comfortable and the view is beautiful. She served a delicious breakfast and provided tips and details for where to day trip. We would love to stay with her again and hope others will have the chance to visit her home.
