Modern and bright apartment with privileged location in downtown Santa Cruz. It has 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom and a spacious living - room with kitchen. Every room is exterior, recently refurbished and fitted with modern equipment. The building has an elevator and parking. It is located 50 meters away from Rambla Santa Cruz. Just 200 m. away is Garcia´s Sanabria Park and just 12 minutes walk from Plaza de España.
It is an apartment of 62 m2, exterior, bright, modern decorated and equipped with everything you may need to make you feel at home. Enjoying your own space, independent and without timetables.
Free Wi-Fi . The rental price includes a private parking place in the same building (with elevator).
The bed measures 1.80m x 1.90m. In the living room, the sofa becomes a bed of 1.40 x 2 m (please keep that in mind if you are going to accommodate 4 people).
The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a microwave, a washer and a dryer machine.
We have another apartment in the same building if you are traveling with family or friends.
The apartment is totally private and not shared with anybody.
Bed linen and towels will be supplied for the number of guests. Remember to bring your beach towel!.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment or in the building common areas. Breaking this rule results in the total loss of the deposit.
If you need a crib or highchair do not hesitate to ask for them (no charge).
Interaction with guests
When check-in, we will personally welcome you and show you the details of the apartment.
If you arrive late, do not worry because we can leave the key in a safety mailbox to be picked up. The code will be provided the day of arrival.
Please contact me at least a day before your arrival to arrange the details.
We will be available to our guests before and during your stay in Santa Cruz. Just tell us how we can help you!
Other things to note
Check-ins are after 15:00 hrs. although sometimes you can check-in earlier, just ask me!
Check-out time is before 10:00 hrs. We are very strict with this schedule because if there is another guest arriving we need enough time to clean and prepare the apartment. If we have not agreed another hour for check-out and you leave after 10 am, we will not return your deposit. We always try to be flexible and adapt to what you need.
Smoking in the apartment or common areas of the building is not allowed. Breaking this rule results in the total loss of the deposit.
No se permite fumar, el incumplimiento de esta norma conllevará la perdida total de la fianza.
Debes contactar siempre con nosotros unos días antes para confirmar cómo se hará la entrega de llaves.
Sólo esperamos que cuides la casa como si fuera tuya y la dejes lo más limpia y ordenada posible.
Respeta las normas básicas de vecindad. Fiestas y reuniones a partir de las 22:00 hrs no están permitidas.
Ten en cuenta que alquilas una casa, por lo que no tenemos servicio de limpieza, ni cambio de toallas diario.
Saca la basura a diario y no la acumules en el apartamento.
Tenerife es una isla con escasos recursos hídricos por lo que te pedimos que hagas un uso responsable del agua.

You should always contact us a few days before your arrival to confirm how the handover of the keys will be done.
Respect the basic rules of the neighbourhood. No parties and gatherings of many people are allowed in the apartment. Please do not be loud, especially after 22h.
Take out the trash when necessary. Please do not accumulate trash in the apartment during the stay (deposit may be retained for this concept).
We just hope you take care of the house as if it was yours, leaving it as clean and tidy as possible.
Note that you rent a house, so we have no cleaning service or towels changed on a daily basis.
Tenerife is an island with limited water resources so we ask you to make a responsible use.
