Each unit is unique and features Restoration Hardware, West Elm. World Market and Anthropology and unique touches like original art prints from world renowned artists such as Banksy, Mr. Brainwash, Shepard Fairy, Takashi Murakami, Jeremy Geddes and others. Sleeping arrangement include standard queen bed in bedroom and double size air bed available for set up.

NO SMOKING -- this building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE; including both private and communal roof-top areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit

NOISE: We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS from 10PM-8AM (week) and 11PM - 9AM (weekends).

NO LARGE GATHERINGS/PARTIES

VISITORS: We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. We do ask that the number of visitors be limited to 5 individuals during your stay.

NO LIT CANDLES -- We have electric battery-operated candles for all your mood-lighting needs :)

NO FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS -- If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or advertising shoots please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

DAMAGE: We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.

PLEASE NOTE: The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

GUESTS: For security purpose and to ensure that both parties are completely comfortable, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb (including a photograph).

Apartment clean and as advertised. Nice balcony and view. Alex and maintenance were very responsive and resolved a minor issue quickly. Check in and out were seamless. Great to have a small deli/market on the block. Very safe and secure building. Quite happy with my stay on a business trip.

The space is great and looks exactly as depicted in the listing. You really are near everything in DTLA. Alex is a superb host. If you are visiting downtown LA, this place should be on your list of places to stay

It was a cozy house.Location is very good and close to staples center.we had a good accommodation for 3 days.Also our host was always there to help us.

The place is ok. We had problems with check in and insects. The location is a little suspect. Beware of walking around. It is downtown after all. There is not one dedicated host. There's a group of ppl that manage the site. Which makes it difficult to get one straight answer. Overall, it was a decent stay

Hi Justin, thank you again for your stay. The issue with your check-in, as you'll recall, was related to there being a different name on the reservation from the name on your Airbnb account. This information was never provided to me so it did create a touch of confusion for our concierge during check-in. That said, they contacted me and the issue was dealt with swiftly. Regarding the area it's actually great as you can see from my 4.5/5 star rating for location based on the nearly 200 reviews left to date. The apartment is located just a short walk to LA Live, Staples Center, and the LA Convention Center and is heavily patrolled by South Park's security detail, LAPD, and LASD. Regarding the comment on the hosting, I am in fact the dedicated host but I do have a team that helps me overnight so my guests always get a response, even if I happen to be asleep. I did receive your photo of the roughly 6 or 8 ants on the counter and I sent my cleaning company there same day to handle it for you, which remedied the issue. While this was a very minor issue we did deal with it in a very timely fashion. Thank you again for your stay and best of luck on your future travels with Airbnb!
