The interior features an open floor plan with lots of light, and a large kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is spotless, remodeled 1 month ago in classic 1920's style. Basic kitchen supplies, and a brand new front load washer and dryer also included.

The space
Plenty of charm, parking, and convenience. Brand new ductless heat/AC provide quite comfort, and can be thermostatically set to a different temperature for every room.

The entire house (1500 square feet) is private and accessible to guests. This includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, formal dining room, living room, and laundry room.
