Escape to our restful Sandy bay farmstay, only two minutes from the beach by foot! Sandy Bay is known for its great surf, coastal walks, and unspoiled natural beauty. Stay in a cozy cabin on our coastal farm, with ocean breezes and starry nights. Perfect for couples, optional space for 2 children in a seperate caravan, 5yrs+ preferred as we are not fully fenced. Incudes a handy kitchenette (*has all the basics) and private outdoor bathroom attached.

The space
Located in a stunning area with a coastal rural feel, handy to horse treks at the property, also surf lessons, scuba-diving, paddle boarding and great walks all within 10kms up and down the Tutukaka coast (rated as a top 10 coast worldwide). Very close to a beautiful popular surf beach (200m).
Couples or up to 4pp if you also book the Kingfisher caravan. This property is suitable for children 6yrs +, we would prefer not to have children younger than this as the area is not completely fenced. Please message the host if you have young children in regards to this.

Other things to note
Occassional horses riding past and farm dogs barking around the farm and dwellings. Please NOTE there is a farm dog run near this accommodation space and we generally have no issues they are not excessively loud etc, but you need to be aware that this is a farm and there are plenty of animals around and be happy with this if you stay with us. TV has a chrome caster & we have wi-fi.

coastal rural community, country feel at the beach. Great surf and beach access, 10 beautiful horses grazing the 25 acre property, dogs and chooks, a real chance to get away from the city, and listen to the waves and the horses gently snorting.
