We offer comfortable, bright and ventilated private rooms, ideal for studying or relaxing in peace, plus spacious common spaces where you can exchange with other accommodations, fully equipped kitchen and three new bathrooms with hot water 24hs. Two outdoor patios, high-speed WI-FI throughout the house, Room-TV & Netflix. Bicycles free of charge.

The space
I offer comfortable single or double private rooms, linens, and shelter if needed. Ropero, desk, chair, night table, ideal for students or people who use a quiet time to write or read.

The kitchen is large and well equipped, as I enjoy cooking a lot, we can exchange recipes and share a plate with some glasses of wine. There are 2 fridges with freezer, 4 burner stove with gas oven, microwave, everything available and an individual pantry with key for you to leave your food.

We have 3 new bathrooms, all with 24-hour hot water shower, plus utility room with washing machine, pool for hand washing and space for ironing.

Throughout the house there is high speed WIFI even in the patios and terrace, a computer available if you need it, 40"TV and NETFLIX service.

Internal garden and rooftop terrace with plants and barbecue (smoking is only allowed in these areas).

The best thing about the house is that we have bicycles to lend you if you like to go for a walk. NO extra charge for the use of bikes and all have combination lock and are in good condition.

The neighborhood is quiet a little away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, you can walk to the Legislative Palace, Agricultural Market, Barrio Reus, Rosedal del Prado. Either way there is a lot of public transport (BUS) and the center or the rambla are not more than 20 minutes away by bus.

In front of my house there is a bar where they serve the richest and most typical pizza, muzzarella and pineapple from the shore of the city, in addition to very good "Chivitos". 4 minutes away you have the Agricultural Market where there are a wide variety of gastronomic proposals.

It is quiet and popular, we have the Agricultural Market (www.mam.com.uy) where you will find everything in food and gastronomic offer (Organic, Celiac, Fish, Vegetables, Meat, Spices and Delicatesen).
The neighborhood is the physical center of the city so it has excellent BUS transportation to the entire city. By bike everything is very very close.

During your stay

I like that everyone has their space and their time, that's why everyone has their key to come and go whenever they want.
Likewise if you like to cook and eat my house is a wonderful place to share the kitchen and meals, I enjoy cooking and learning new recipes.
Also if you want to know Montevideo from inside my house is ideal, by bike you will dress all places; I dance tango and go to milongas regularly, if you want to accompany me it will be fabulous. Also many Sundays I go to the drums in southern neighborhood, to see the candomobe and take some mates.
