A nice quaint place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have supplies on hand to cook simple meals instead of going out for every meal. The view from Studio 18 are very relaxing and having the option to sit outside on the deck and enjoy a drink or cup of coffee is great. Studio 18 is within walking distance of a Trolley stop and close to the entrance of Mt. Moriah. It is also just far enough off away from the bustle of downtown to still get a peaceful night sleep.

Leslie was awesome. I initially thought I would arrive two hours later but made great time and was able to check in sooner. She had everything prepared and ready for us. Even left snacks and drinks! She has a dog named Charlie who loves ear scratches.

Leslie is a lovely women and a good host. She gave us tips regarding the surrounding area and left lots of little extras inside the suite, which were much appreciated. Her home is a very comfortable walk into downtown Deadwood and is situated in a pleasant neighbourhood.

I am a property manager and owner. I have lived all over the US, including both Northern and Southern California but the Black Hills of South Dakota is definitely my home.

I love gardening and doing landscape, interior design, traveling, cooking, and relaxing in my backyard with a good glass of wine.

Deadwood and the Black Hills is absolutely one of my favorite places to be. This area is so beautiful and like no other place I've been so it makes sense to open my home to people so they can enjoy this area as much as I do. Meeting new guests is like meeting new friends.
