Everything just like in pictures. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Only issue we had - when we arrived all windows were closed and there was sort of "old place smell". We kept windows open and it was almost gone after 2 days. Wasn't a deal breaker for us.

Alex, thank you again for staying with us. Like any place in Southern California when it gets hot, we recommend opening the windows for some fresh air at night when it cools off. No one has ever complained about an old house smell at this apartment but it can get stuffy if the windows are closed and you don't run the a.c. We hope to have you as a guest again sometime.
