Private front door opens to newly renovated private hallway and stairs, your apartment is on the first floor. Keys are available to collect at any time from Hardy's Brasserie next door.

We'd like to encourage guests to use the utilities in an ecologically aware fashion whilst staying with us. For example, the apartment has three powerful electric heaters, they take under 10 minutes to heat the entire space, so please do not leave them running when you are out of the apartment... it is bad for the environment, and a waste of money :)
We will have to seek recompense from the guests if, during their stay, utility bills are 25% or more in excess of their average. Our apartment is cheaper than equivalent property in the neighbourhood, so we hope you can understand our position.
Otherwise, we have no special house rules, treat our apartment as you would your own home, and enjoy!
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
