Other things to note

The family lounge is free for use where the guests can play dart, hokey, billiards, etc. The use of other facilities such as the swimming pool, badminton court and tennis courts are subject to additional charges and are to be paid on-site.

Guests can utilise the swimming pool at an additional charge of PHP 150 per person per usage. You need to inform the host if you intent to use these facilities prior to your arrival for reservation.

A damage deposit of PHP 2000 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage or missing in the property.

We are strict with the checkin time. Please ensure checkin on the agreed time to avoid cancellation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The host will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

We would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone. The service and response provided by Sheila and her family members was excellent. Location has shops and many restaurants within walking distance or a very short public transport ride. This proved to be a great base for us while doing eight weeks of teaching in Tagaytay. Shelia was a most accommodating host answering our answering all our questions extremely promptly making our decision very easy. Shelia arranged for a late check-in because of our late arrival into Manila airport, her brother was there to greet us and hand over the keys. The Condo was very neat and clean adn as advertised Our visit was made even more pleasant by the driver we hired for 3 days Lando ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)

Unit is exactly how Sheila described it. Sheila was very precise in giving instructions how to get to her unit, check-in was smooth with the assistance of her brother Don. Check-out was easily also with the help of her Father. Parking was a bit of a challenge though since there's limited parking slots.

The place was exactly how it was in the listing. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. The unit was simple and beautiful. The kitchen was complete, so we were able to cook there. There is a fridge, microwave, pans, utensils, plates and dish washing materials. The toilet was nice, too. We brought our own toiletries (which I think is mandatory for anyone who is travelling). We were able to enjoy the amenities, jogged around the property. The parking rate was Php150 flat rate for 24 hours stay with re-entry (multiple re-entry) and PhP100 without re-entry. The place is very close to many restaurants, supermarket and other places to go to in Tagaytay. Overall we enjoyed it so much and looking forward to booking this again. Thank you!

The unit is in a good location as it’s near the row of restaurants and establishments. The room is just ok. 1.When we arrived, the room is not properly cleaned as dust has accumulated in the lamp, curtains and under the bed. We used the kitchen but it is missing kitchen knife and frying pan which are essential. 2.Sheila was able to answer my queries prior to our stay like the pool usage as one of the guests commented that it’s not for free. She and I agreed that my check-in time would be between 2-3pm. I didn’t bother to ask her exact unit number and building since I was to meet her father on the agreed time. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication. We arrived at around 2pm but the guard won’t let us in unless we provide the unit and building number. I messaged Sheila as she has not provided her father’s number but no reply from her. Good thing I was able to get hold of her in Viber after many tries. I asked for her father’s number and messaged him. When he came down, he said that they were at the unit since morning. He seemed to be expecting us to arrive earlier so I told him that the agreed check-in time with Sheila is between 2-3pm. I also learned from the receptionist that the parking is not free so I told Sheila about it since she advertised it as free. She told me that she’s on emergency in Singapore and advised that I discuss my questions with her father instead. 3.When we were waiting for our turn at the elevator in the lobby, her father told me again that had we arrived past 3pm they would leave the place. I told him once again that the agreed check-in time is between 2-3pm and we were there before 3pm. I also told him that we were supposed to get free parking as advertised. Then he yelled at us and even threatened us to not continue with the accommodation. 4.Had I known the guest refund policy early on, we would’ve asked for full refund since the listing is missing an amenity that was advertised prior to our booking and the caretaker was rude. When we were settled in, I left a message to Sheila and asked that we discuss the parking issue when she has time. No word from her and even to our last day of stay I tried to reach out to her. 5.My husband asked her dad about it when we checked out but he was told that other guests have been paying the parking for quite some time. My husband suggested that they update the listing since the information is misleading; I think they just did it after our stay. 6.Overall, the location is good, place is ok, but poor service. This is not the kind of experience we expect from AirBnB.

Scolding my 66-yr old father who you thought that time was merely a caretaker says a lot about your character. All the feedbacks that I received so far got praises on how accommodating my father was. Reading your comments about him makes me wonder how exactly you treated him that day. I did inform you that I will not be reachable as I need to bring my son to the hospital and left you with my dad’s phone number in case you have inquiries. I am sorry if I was not able to answer your calls, I just did what I had to that day. I think your perception about the place would be so much different if not for that 150Php parking fee and if only you secured important info like the unit number or contact person in the Philippines knowing that I am based in Singapore. You claim that free parking was the only reason why you booked the place, I wish you asked me so I can confirm with the management and avoid all the misunderstandings. And for the record, I did explain to you that the management changed their policy on free parking and I came to know about it after your booking. I would have refunded the money if only I was able to go online immediately, but after you mocked my father, I thought it is not worth it. As per the carpet, it’s been raining in Tagaytay and it is inevitable that it got filthy. We pay for cleaners to ensure the place meets the standard after we received a feedback from one of the guests. If it’s still not enough, I’ll take it as something that still needs improvement.
