Your room has its own access, a luxurious ensuite bathroom, heat pump, air conditioning, 55 inch smart television, refrigerator, table and chairs. Tea and coffee are provided in the room. On site car parking.

Short, easy walk to Cook Strait ferries, CBD, Westpac Stadium, and Government precinct.

Off-street parking at your door for a regular sized car is included, by arrangement. (Sorry, our parking space is not suitable for larger vehicles - public car parking is available on the street, some restrictions apply). IMPORTANT NOTE: Parking is at the guest's own risk.
