The space

A very conveniently located 1 bedroom apartment in a very quiet side street of Liverpool City Centre in the Theatre area.

The main shopping area is just a 5 minute walk away and just around the corner (2 min walk) is the Empire Theatre and mainline train station of Liverpool Lime Street.

An ideal place to stay for those looking for somewhere central for tourism or those coming to work or study at one of the Universities, Royal Liverpool Hospital, School of Tropical Medicine, Empire Theatre or Royal Court.

The apartment is within a modern secure building constructed 10 years ago. The apartment has since had some renovations and consists of a large bright open plan kitchen / living area which is newly painted, wood veneer flooring and full of light from the full length windows and Juliet balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, large integrated fridge freezer, induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, tea bags, sugar and everything else you'd expect to find in your own home.

The living area has a 42" Samsung TV, DVD player and strong SKY WIFI internet connection. An Ikea chaise sofa which is a Sofabed thus accommodating a maximum of 4 people.

There's a double bedroom off the hallway with black out blinds for a comfortable nights sleep, 2 bedside tables, Chester draws and a large built in wardrobe. Bed linen and fresh towels are provided.

The bathroom has a 1/2 size bath with high pressure shower overhead. Shampoo, hand soap, shower gel and hairdryer provided.

There's a Tesco Express that's open 7 days a week (06.00-23.00) just around the corner (3 min walk) and within Lime Street station you've a M&S, Boots Pharmacy, Costa Coffee. Then just a 5 minute walk away there's a Lidl and a small outdoor market Tuesday - Saturday.

Other things to note

Checkin time is between 3pm and 8.30pm. Alternative arrangements outside of these hours may be possible but if it's after 8.30pm there will be a £10 fee paid on arrival. 11pm is the latest checkin time possible.

Stacey's flat is located on a small side street and it was very quiet. The building is less than ten years old. It is a comfortable place to stay for anyone coming for a short trip to Liverpool.

We stayed here for 4 weeks and loved every bit of the place. So close to the city of Liverpool, Lime Street Station and all shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The place was clean and well equipped with everything that you would need for either a short or long stay (like us). Would definitely recommend that you try this place out.

It was lovely to meet Stacey on arrival and that she spent time to make sure I knew everything about the apartment. The location is great, only a couple of minutes walk from the centre, train station and bus station in Queen Square. I felt safe walking everywhere Liverpool folk are very friendly!

Overall Stacey's place was great as it was in a key location within walking distance of the Liverpool Lime Street train station and other shopping centers. Though Stacey's apartment was in a little tricky location to find at first, my wife and i had a great stay with our little one, and Stacey went above to help ensure we were situated as we didnt get the opportunity to meet her in person. Would recommend Stacey's place as its a great value in comparison to nearby hotels. Thanks Stacey!

The apartment was as listed in a quiet location, but very near to all the places we wanted to visit. It was well equipped and comfortable. My wife and I had a great time. Compared with hotels in this area, the apartment is excellent value. Stacey offered to come round if we needed any help, but we could manage everything just fine. We really appreciated the chance to stay there.
