This modern, split-level, one bedroom flat is ideally located in one of London's friendliest and most vibrant areas. A stone's throw from delightful cafes, celebrated restaurants, trendy shops and transport links, it's a perfect metropolitan hideaway or a base for exploring this buzzing city.

The space

This fabulous modern flat is recently refurbished and I am a stickler for neatness and cleanliness! It has a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, split level area with shower room & bedroom with queen size bed. Large windows look out over the rooftops of the city and often give fabulous sunset views. Mine is the top floor of a 1930s terraced house split into 3 flats, so no noise from above. It is located on a quiet, leafy road 100 yards from the buzzing centre of West Hampstead.

Guest access

Entire flat. One wardrobe in the bedroom will be locked/off limits, otherwise you have free access. A maximum of 2 guests staying over is permitted.

Interaction with guests

We will give you the keys upon arrival and offer advice on good places to eat, drink & shop in the area. We live locally so are nearby if you have any problems during your stay.

Other things to note

Good quality bed linen and towels are supplied. A £50 cleaning fee is payable for each rental. The minimum number of nights is 3.

Please leave shoes at the front door of flat to avoid scratching wooden floors, marking bathroom tiles and hallway & stairs carpets. The flat is strictly no smoking. No pets are allowed. This is my second time at Amber's place. Super easy access from tube-train-overground. The tube takes you to Oxford St in 10 mins, and trains run every minute. All sorts of restaurants/bars/grocery stores in the area (including new M&S Food!!! and Gail's). The apartment has everything you need, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, and fast internet. Terrific view from the living room. Also very good shower. I'm lucky to have found this place in London, I know how hard it can be. Thank you again Amber!

The flat is exactly as it subscribed , well equipped kitchen, nice shower and comftable bed. Wi fi is great and strong and there are ...great collection of dvd that can keep you entertain on day in. There are 3 major supermarket in less than 5 minute walk from flat. Great location, west hampstead , is great village with lots of resturant and supermarket. Great public transport access to center , 15 minute walk to west hampstead underground and 20 minute later you are in central London. ...west minster. ....and all other london icon. Amber has a nice family and we have been welcome by her father.....we definatly recommend it.

This is a really cute flat in an awesome location. Amber was really flexible with our delayed arrival, and really generous with the goodies and groceries she left in the flat for us, so we didn't have to hunt for breakfast, and could just crash. The flat is tastefully decorated and has a nice view of the old Victorian terrace roofs. West Hampstead is a pretty neighbourhood, but more importantly is on 3 train lines: underground, overground and Thames link. You can get anywhere from here. Also the helpful 328 bus goes straight through town to Notting Hill.

Amber's flat was absolutely perfect. A wonderful welcome and we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. All the details about the area were accurate and it is a lovely quiet street in a perfect location for zone 2 north west London. The flat has everything you need with a very well appointed kitchen and lovely comfy bed. We would recommend to all and we will be back. Thanks!

Amber's flat was perfectly located and beautiful decorated. It was just what I needed for the 7 nights I spent in London. As described it was a short walk (7 minutes!) from the campus where I attended classes, and only one street over from the "main drag" with all the restaurants, bars, and conveniences needed. I would absolutely stay there again!
