Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

The space
Re Self check in, the train is unlocked and obvious from the driveway. The bed is a double size as that is the only size that would fit in the space. Feather duvets and pillows and an electric blanket. The sofa in the lounge does fold out to a double bed and has bedding available so the train can sleep 3 or 4. There is a fee of $25 per night for the extra linen for the sofa bed if only two people are staying in total or there is an extra guest fee of $61 for a third person. The sofa bed linen is in the box at the end of the main bed. Own linen not allowed.
Yes there is a very nice shower but it is a bit hard to take a photo of.
Pets are allowed and there is a Sniffspot private dog park in the front paddock which is rentable by the hour. If you would like to use this please go on the Sniffspot website and make a booking. Pets cannot be left unattended in the train.

There is an outside shared dining and relaxing area with plenty of options.

Other things to note
Breakfast is provided and there are full cooking facilities. Breakfast includes bread for toast, butter, milk, eggs, spreads and homemade muslei. Tea, coffee and herbal teas supplied.
There is potential for some confusion re pricing and beds. The listing price is for one bed with either one or two guests and does not include the sofa bed. The sofa bed will need to be booked as a third person even if there are only two of you. As the sofa bed is only used occasionally it isn't included in the listing price.

I am an organic PYO blueberry farmer with a few cows, sheep, chickens and bees on the farm not to forget Fred and Wilma the two small super friendly dogs. Hosting during blueberry season (January through to the end of February) is on random dates due to the PYO season so check weekly for availability. This is a small working farm there are sometimes tractor, chainsaw or mulcher noises. I am always available if you need anything. Cell ph coverage is only Spark, skinny and Vodafone not 2 degrees.
