Other things to note
Response within 24 hours.
I want my guests to feel relaxed and comfortable as if it was your house. I have very nice neighbors (german, swedish and norwegian). Make sure they are comfortable by not making to much noise between 11pm and 8am. Feel free to use herbs and spices in the kitchen and replace what you take.
When you leave wash up in the kitchen and take out garbage to the green container by the road.
