Modern, minimalist styling. Google-home audio throughout, air-conditioning, separate "kids wing" with their own smart-tv.

The garage is the entertainment space, with a projector and beanbags for watching movies, or Room scale Virtual Reality Gaming.

Built in Coffee maker, reclining lounge suite, and double door fridge with ample space. Blum electronic drawers in the kitchen.

Wonderful local beaches, long bay is just below the house. The wonderful Whangapoua beach is 15mins away over the hill.
Great restaurants in town, Wharf Road Cafe, Umu & Peppertree. Lots of walks and local activities in the immediate area, as well as excellent fishing charters.
